Do you offer discounted tickets for active military, veterans and first responders?
First, on behalf of everyone at Santa’s Village, thank you for your service.
Discounted tickets must be pre-purchased online. They are not available for purchase at the park gates.
We’ve partnered with ID.me to provide discounted Any Day tickets for our 2022 regular operating season to:
Active Military Members = FREE

Veterans = $19.99 per person

Military Family Members (of Active, Retired and Veterans)= $19.99 per person
(Each family member must be verified and purchase their own individual ticket. Barcodes are unique for each person.)
First Responders: EMT, Firefighters, Police and 911 Dispatchers (Active & Retired) = $24.99 per person

Our tickets are on a first-come, first-serve basis. The early purchasers receive the deepest discount.

As tickets start to sell out for a certain date, the pricing will move up in increments up towards the park window rate. This means the original price you saw, has sold out now and the price has increased by a set amount.

Unless you complete your purchase, your ticket price is not guaranteed. We recommend purchasing the ticket when your travel plans are solid and when you are committed to going.

In some cases, a calendar page will show only a limited amount of tickets left at a certain price point.

This does not mean that there are no additional tickets available, however, the additional tickets will be at the next price point available.

Yes, there is a “weather guarantee” policy, which is optional and must be paid for at the time of purchase to participate in the program.

 

The policy is as follows:
Rainy Days Are Free with a Weather Guarantee! Our partner, Sensible Weather, is monitoring the weather and will contact you and reimburse you on the morning of your visit if their forecast shows a total of 3 or more hours of rain between 10am and 6pm (hours of rain do not need to be in a row.) You still get to enjoy the park, and you get reimbursed at the start of the day! Only available on bookings made ten or more days in advance. See terms and conditions for more detail.

You do not need to print your online tickets as long as you can present the barcode(s), located in your ticket confirmation email, on an electronic device (smartphone) at the main entrance doors.

 

To help us expedite processing, if you are presenting your ticket(s) on an electronic device (smartphone), please turn your screen brightness up and avoid black backgrounds surrounding your barcode(s).

We are using a new ticketing platform this season and you’ll need to setup a new online account to purchase tickets to our park.

You may have an older online account which is still valid for purchasing Season Passes, Cabana Rentals, Birthday Party packages, Gift Cards and special event tickets like Magical Christmas.

Any ticket(s) requiring a transfer to another date will incur a minimum of $15.00 per ticket fee. Call (847) 426-6751 for ticket transfers.

Yes, speak with a park representative at the SV Mining Company or at both Exit Gift Shops to upgrade to a Season Pass.
