Santa’s Village Amusement & Water Park is a family-friendly destination and guests are expected to behave properly and respect others.

For your safety and enjoyment at our park, please carefully read all the rules below. All guests will be required to follow all laws and regulations established by Santa’s Village Amusement & Water Park, the State of Illinois, County of Kane, and the Village of East Dundee.

Failure to follow park rules, regulations and instructions set forth below may result in serious injury to yourself or other individuals. Violation of park rules will result in expulsion without refund. 

• All outside food must be contained in a cooler/bag no bigger than 18″ x 12″ x 12″ at an additional cost of $5.00 per cooler.
• No outside alcohol.

   

• For your safety, grills and other flammable items are not permitted in the park or on the premises.
• No glass containers.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Conduct that is disorderly, disruptive, or in poor taste is prohibited.
• Profanity is prohibited.
• No running, spitting, or throwing of objects.
• No solicitation or unapproved distribution of literature or materials.
• Tickets resold or distributed by unauthorized persons will be confiscated without refund or exchange.
• No refunds. All sales are final.
• No line jumping under any circumstances. Line jumping is defined as cutting or leaving the line and trying to re-enter for any reason.
• No “rollies” or “wheelies” style shoes, wheels must retracted or removed while in the park.
• While in the park, footwear with soles and shirts must be worn at all times.
• Clothing with inappropriate/offensive words, phrases, or graphics is prohibited.
• Riders may be restricted on certain rides because of height, weight or health limitations. Ride requirements are posted at the entrance of all rides. Supervising Companion: The accompanying person must meet all the attraction requirements, as well as assist the guest. This includes helping the guest in the loading and unloading of the attraction, assisting the guest in maintaining postural control while the attraction is in motion, and assisting the guest down the stairs, catwalks, or steeply inclined ramps in case of mechanical / power failure / adverse weather.
• Theft of any kind will be prosecuted.
• Firearms, weapons and knives are prohibited on this property.
