Dear Valued Guests:

Though Phase 4 of Governor Pritzker’s Restore Illinois plan does not allow us to open Santa’s Village, we are anxiously awaiting future guidance that may include the potential for it to open yet this season. 

However, we are thrilled to announce that Santa Spring’s waterpark at Santa’s Village will be opening on July 14^th, 2020.  Opening Santa Spring’s requires following multiple guidelines from IDPH, DCEO, CDC, etc.  Due to this, reservations will be required.  Please watch for further updates that will be released soon including when the reservation system will be available along with all other guidelines that will be in place for Santa Spring’s.  Traditional amusement park food options will be available to our guests along with souvenirs and your “fun in the sun” necessities.

Please note that guidelines have affected the scheduled operating days and times of Santa Spring’s along with our admission pricing.  Beginning July 14^th, Santa Spring’s will operate Tuesday – Sunday from 10am – 1pm and 2pm – 5pm, through July 31^st.  Further dates and times will be released in late July.  The admission price for Santa Spring’s will be $9.99 per person plus applicable taxes.  Paid admission will be required for anyone over the age of 12 months.

For our valued Season Pass Holders, we appreciate your continued support of our family-owned business!  Due to the amount of operating days that Santa’s Village has been closed in 2020, we will be extending your 2020 season passes to be valid at Santa Spring’s in 2020 as well as the ENTIRE 2021 season for both the amusement and water park.  There will be no additional cost to you, and no action required on your part.  This offer applies to all season passes purchased through June 30, 2020.

Those that have purchased 2020 general admission or “any-day” tickets, will receive a similar offer as season passes.  Tickets can be used in 2020 at Santa Spring’s, with no refund on difference of value, or can be held and used for any day during the 2021 season.  Coupons, promotions and third-party tickets that were received with a 2020 expiration date will be extended one year from the date of expiration.

Summer is here and Illinois is moving into Phase 4 of Governor Pritzker’s Restore Illinois plan. We appreciate the support of you and our employees as we work to make Santa’s Village a safe and clean destination for fun family memories this season.

We are currently reviewing the new Phase 4 guidelines, which allow water parks to open. Though amusement parks are to remain closed at this time, there is potential for them to open within Phase 4. We are working with local and state officials at DCEO and IDPH to determine timing. Once we have more specifics, we will be sharing them with you.

Rest assured that once Santa’s Village does open, we will be following guidelines recommended by the CDC and the State of Illinois. Your health and safety are our top priority. More information on precautionary measures and procedures will be shared when we announce the park opening date.

For our valued Season Pass Holders, we will be extending your 2020 season passes into a portion of the 2021 season. The duration of this extension will be determined based on the number of open park days missed this season due to the COVID-19 related closure. We will announce specific dates and details of this extension once the park opening date has been finalized.

As Illinois moves into Phase 3 of Governor Pritzker’s Restore Illinois plan, we are working closely with local officials to finalize an opening date for Santa’s Village. We anticipate that the park will open later in June or soon thereafter.

When we welcome you back to the park, the health and safety of our guests and employees will be and always has been our highest priority. Our team is hard at work reviewing and implementing the new reopening guidelines provided by the state which include recommendations from government officials and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Once we have finalized procedures for preventative measures, we will share them with you.

For our valued Season Pass Holders, we will be extending your 2020 season passes into a portion of the 2021 season. The duration of this extension will be determined based on the number of open park days missed this season due to the COVID-19 related closure. With Governor Pritzker’s extension of the Illinois stay-at-home order through May 30, Santa’s Village is now set to open on June 15. We are carefully monitoring the current health situation and will continue to follow recommendations on how to open our business, along with any changes that need to be made to adhere to proper guidelines.

When we welcome you back to the park, the health and safety of our guests and employees will be and always has been our highest priority. In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be implementing preventive measures in line with the recommendations of government officials and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

We greatly appreciate all our 2020 Season Pass Holders and your loyalty to our family-run business. Due to the impact on our operating schedule, all season passes purchased for the 2020 season will now be extended until June 30th, 2021. This will be automatically added to your pass and will require no work on your end.

Open communication with our community and Season Pass Holders is very important to us and we are committed to keeping you informed throughout this process.

We are excited to debut our newest ride, “The Blizzard”, along with our two new 300-foot-long body slides at Santa Springs water park and know you will have a great time.

Dear Valued Guests:

Your health, safety and well-being while visiting Santa’s Village is and has always been our top priority. As a result, we have decided to postpone the season opening of Santa’s Village due to the current COVID-19 health concerns in Illinois and around the country.

Santa’s Village will now open for the 2020 season on May 23rd. We believe that this decision is in the best interest of our guests, employees and the community. As we work to open Santa’s Village this spring, we will continue to implement preventative measures in line with the recommendations of government and health professionals.

While we will not be extending the 2020 season, all pass holders will be provided with more value-added benefits to their passes. These additional benefits will be announced prior to when the park opens to the public.

We will continue to monitor this fluid situation and will provide updates as they occur. We appreciate your loyalty to Santa’s Village and look forward to a summer filled with fun family memories.

Dear Valued Guests:

The health and safety of Santa’s Village guests and employees is the park’s highest priority. With COVID-19, commonly known as novel coronavirus 2019, becoming a more widespread concern, Santa’s Village will implement preventive measures in line with the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

At this time, Santa’s Village is scheduled to open for the 2020 season on May 2nd. We are not offering any refunds for season passes or tickets for the upcoming season as we still plan to open. We are taking additional steps to remain proactive in enhancing our existing cleaning and sanitation procedures. Our enhanced health and safety protocols will include:
 

• The placement of extra hand sanitation stations throughout the park so guests can easily and frequently sanitize their hands
  
  
• Additional training for staff members on proper hand washing and common area cleaning, with ongoing reinforcement on a regular basis
  
  
• Increase signage in park restrooms encouraging frequent hand washing and noting best practices
  
  
• Defined cycles for frequent cleaning and disinfection of common areas
  
  
• Additional end-of-day sanitation procedures for restroom, kitchens and other facilities
  
  
• Increased frequency in cleaning of ride cars, handlebars and queues
  
  
• Communicating with staff members about illness prevention and staying home when sick
