Working Together

The health and safety of our guests and team members is and has always been our top priority. We have implemented enhanced

Please note the new guidelines have affected the scheduled operating days and times of Santa Springs (see park hours).

Santa Springs will operate 2 sessions: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM.

Reservations/tickets are only valid for one 3-hour session.

We will be closed between daily sessions for enhanced cleaning.

Please note the new guidelines have affected our admission pricing. The admission price for Santa Springs will be:

Wednesday and Thursday = $9.99 per person plus applicable taxes

Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Holidays = $14.99 per person plus applicable taxes

Paid admission will be required for anyone over the age of 12 months.

Go back to the previous page before checking out and on the top left side there is a click box named “Use same choices for all related packages”. Unclick this box and then choose no cooler for each admission you do not need a cooler for.

Though you will get more from it in 2021 when our full park is open, you can use it for just the water park in 2020.

In order to do so, select the “2020 Santa Springs Admission” and at checkout enter the bar code from your ticket into the “coupon code” field on the bottom left on the screen. Hit apply and it will deduct the price from your total.

Should the park close prior to opening for your session or closes due to severe lightning and thunder less than half way through your session, you will be issued a ticket to come back another time. (Note: we will operate in only rain – no thunder or lightning.)

The parking lot and entrance to Santa Springs is located off Route 72 (Higgins Road), just West of Route 25. From Route 72, turn on the frontage road between Dunkin’ Donuts and Tutor Time to access the Santa Springs parking lot.

Yes. Traditional amusement park food options will be available to our guests along with souvenirs and your “fun in the sun” necessities.

Due to the limited capacity guidelines, there is no re-entry allowed during the 3-hour time sessions.

Yes, riders must be at least 42″ tall to ride. Only single riders, so you cannot ride with your little one.

Per the Phase 4 guidelines from the Illinois Department of Public Health, guests should wear face coverings when not engaged in water activities or when appropriate 6-foot physical distancing cannot be maintained.

At this time we do not have an estimated date for the amusement park to open, as we are strictly waiting on clearance from the governor’s office.

We greatly appreciate all our 2020 Season Pass Holders and your loyalty to our family-run business! Due to the amount of operating days that Santa’s Village has been closed in 2020, we will be extending your 2020 season passes to be valid at Santa Springs in 2020, as well as, the ENTIRE 2021 season for both our amusement and water park. There will be no additional cost to you, and no action is required on your part. This offer applies to all season passes purchased through June 30, 2020.

Due to the limited menu options, dining passes will not be valid in 2020. Your dining pass will be valid for the whole 2021 season.

Those who have purchased 2020 general admission or “good-any-day” tickets will receive a similar offer as season passes. Tickets can be used in 2020 at Santa Springs, with no refund on difference of value, or can be held and used for any day during the 2021 season.

Coupons, promotions and third-party tickets that were received with a 2020 expiration date will be extended one year from the date of expiration.

We are taking additional steps to remain proactive in enhancing our existing cleaning and sanitization procedures. Our enhanced health and safety protocols will include:

  • The placement of extra hand sanitation stations throughout the park so guests can easily and frequently sanitize their hands
  • Additional training for staff members on proper hand washing and common area cleaning, with ongoing reinforcement on a regular basis
  • Increase signage in park restrooms encouraging frequent hand washing and noting best practices
  • Defined cycles for frequent cleaning and disinfection of common areas
  • Additional end-of-day sanitation procedures for restroom, kitchens and other facilities
  • Increased frequency in cleaning of ride cars, handlebars and queues
  • Communicating with staff members about illness prevention and staying home when sick

We continue to stay in contact with the appropriate government officials and health experts. We take their recommendations when additional preventive measures are deemed necessary.
